During the opening ceremony of the Faculty Library exhibition on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023, the Chairman of the Department of Real Estate, Construction management and Quantity Surveying, Arch. Peter Njeru, made an urged faculty staff and students to utilise the resources available to them in the Faculty Library and the University of Nairobi Library System.

"The beauty of books is that they can transport us back in time 1000 years while also transporting us into the future." I encourage everyone to visit the library regularly. Libraries are the primary source of verified knowledge and information."
